Since the beginning of last century we are working for the excellence in meat commerce and production of sausages.

Giuseppe Fedalto, nicknamed “Bepi Gava”, was the beginner in 1920 starting as apprentice in a “barchessa” (an old venetian typical house).

Later, as owner of the business, he was able to improve the job and to open, with the help of his wife and sons, several shops in Venice and Mestre.

Since 1980 the youngest of his sons, Giovanni Fedalto, goes on with the family tradition focusing in the production of sausages and matching together the ancient secrets of this work with the right level of innovation.

The final result is a range of products which includes inside the best of Italian genuineness and tradition.
